First of all, you did the right thing by stopping when you did. You made a mistake but at least you knew where the line was, even if going near that line was wrong in the first place.
Secondly, I disagree with the below comment. You love your boyfriend? You know you'll never do it again? Let it go, learn from your mistake and move on. Do NOT tell him. I know it seems harsh, but telling him just to ease your guilt is extremely selfish. You'll be doing more harm than good, especially since you know it will never happen again.
Thirdly, in my humble opinion, I really think this guy friend of yours is bad news. He knew you had a boyfriend, but ploughed on anyway? I mean you're both at fault but what sort of friend would get you into that situation? Not a good one. If I were you I'd end your friendship, if not for the above reason, out of loyalty for your boyfriend.

As for the other guy.....i think that if u really care about ur bf as it seems then u should leave the other 1 alone. and if u believe in ya'lls relationship and believe in wat he said about not leavin' u then u should tell him about wat happened. If u don't then it will effect ur relationship whether u notice it or not.

Yes, you should stop for your bf cause he doesnt want to see you hurting. You should also stop for yourself because you only have 1 body and you dont want to destroy.
Cutting hurts the body and it hurts the mind, so please stop even though I know it isn't easy.
